I have discovered what appears to be a problem when linking in libpf
into a program that is also using arena memory. I have written code
that attaches to an arena, which works fine. When I add the libpf in
the link command, the program then gives the error "Device Busy". I
have not changed the code between the two links. I am having to add
the performer libraries for future expansion of this code.

What I am suspecting is that the performer multiprocessor scheduler
has some form of its own arena routines, that may be conflicting with
the sgi arena calls. Is there some way to get around this problem ?
Has this been identified and fixed in performer 2.0 ? Can sgi arena
calls be used in a program with performer ?
