pfLayers & Flickering in 2.0

Ok, I have read the previous posts about loading .flt files and flickering. As
it turns out, we are having the same problem. I could not tell from the
previous posts if it was a problem in 2.0 or the loader. I have tried every
PFDECAL_* with pfdConverterMode_flt and none of them seem to do any thing. I
even called pfdGetConverterMode_flt before loading the model to check that the
Mode was correct. I tried to use pfdCombineLayers() after every thing was
loaded. Still nothing. I have run on both an Indigo2 and an Onyx and both have
really bad flickering. When I look at the database in perfly, it looks fine.
The application is something we have just ported from 1.2 and there was no
flicker in the 1.2 version. Are some additional settings that now need to be
made in 2.0?
