Assuming you do have c++_eoe on your standard root, you should tell swmgr to
ignore those conflicts.
1. Under 'Panes' on the pulldown menus, open 'command'. You'll get a nice
command line entry on the bottom of the window.
2. In this command line, type my favorite swmgr command :

set rulesoverride on

3. now you can install
