pfdGeoBuilder with indexed primitives

I'm having a bit of trouble trying to use the pfdGeoBuilder to produce
indexed geosets. Has anyone tried that before? I'm quite sure I'm setting
up the pfdGeom correctly with indexed lists (icoords for the index and
coordList for the array for example) and I then call pfdAddIndexedPoly.
I get bad geosets then. While going through the source code of the
pfdGeoBuilder I also noticed that indexed arrays were not allocated by
pfdNewGeom and not de-allocated by pfdDelGeom. I corrected that since
the rest of the code make use of these arrays.
