Earlier I listed the ftp path for the pftoiv1.0.tar.Z and
pftoiv1.1.tar.Z files incorrectly. The correct path is:

ftp://sgigate.sgi.com/pub/Performer/src/pftoiv1.0.tar.Z
ftp://sgigate.sgi.com/pub/Performer/src/pf2.0/pftoiv1.1.tar.Z

I mistakenly ommitted the pf2.0 directory at the end.

These tar files contain source code to store Inventor 2.1
format files from Performer 2.0 in-memory nodes.
