I just presented the new 2.0 course in UK last week, (very) hot off the
presses.
The course currently follows similar lines to the 1.2 course, with
additional material on:

  pfPipeWindow
  pfMorph
  3D text
  New billboards
  pfLightStates
  pfStageConfigFunc
  pfMultithread

  pfdNew{Cube,Sphere,Cone,etc}
  pfBuffer/pfMergeBuffer
  pfQuery{Sys,Feature,Window}.

+ lots of other small things. About a day's worth of new material.

Most of the delegates were very interested in an Advanced course and we're
going to push hard for it (and maybe partly develop it) here in UK.

Rgds,

Greg Edwards.
