Total number of RMs does not affect texture memory. The number of RMs in
a system affects pixel-fill-rate and frame-buffer-volume (affects
subsample-antialiasing/resolution etc.).

RE2:
RM4 => 4Mb tex memory
RM5 => 16Mb tex memory

InfiniteReality:
RM6-16 => 16Mb tex memory
RM6-64 => 64Mb tex memory
