I'm having a problem loading an object I created with 3D studio. It seems to
have a problem finding the right libraries. I am running the final release
version of 2.0 in IRIX 5.3 on an Indy.

I took the advice of Sharon Clay to David Nouls from a few weeks ago (You never
know how many people you're helping when you post here!) and set

setenv PFNFYLEVEL 5
setenv PFLD_LIBRARY_PATH .

The messages printed out give me the impression that it found
/usr/lib/libpfdb/libpf3ds_ogl.so OK but that something about finding that made
it want to find libcil.so which it was unable to find.

Any idea what libcil.so is and where I should have gotten it? I did a "find"
on libcil.so and there isn't one on my system. I DO have a libcl.so which the
man pages say is a CompressionLibrary. Any relation?

BTW, I've tried reading in SgiLogo.iv and that works (though the hidden surface
algorithm doesn't seem to be working right) so the basics of loading seem to be
there.

For reference, here's the output from the attempted 3ds load. A few lines down
is the first occurence of a complaint about libcil.so. After that it just
tries different variations on libpf3ds sometimes having the same complaint
about libcil.so. I put some space in after the first libcil.so complaint.
