What size did you usconfig your usinit for? The most common
cause of a failed usmalloc is that you're out of space in the
arena.

Also, if you have usinit problems, the most common cause of a
failed usinit is insufficient available memory or an address
conflict with something already in the current executable's
virtual address space.
