The Perfomer 2.0 IV loader uses Inventor 2.0 or 2.1 to read files
and translate the resulting Inventor scene graph into a Performer
scene graph. The conversion operation is performed by an exposed
routine, pfdConvert_iv(), so you can have Inventor translate the
string into an Inventor scene graph and then call pfdConvert_iv()
to convert it to a Performer scene graph.
