Fog in 2 channels

I have an application with 2 channels, center and left. The center channel
is the master channel. I set up a fog model using fog type EXP2. In the
master channel it looks good, but in the left channel the fog looks
different. It looks like a uniform fog type. Is there any reason why the
fog would look different in the two channels?????
