I am trying to cunstruct a scene in which a runway (that can be optionally
switched on or off through a pfSwitch) is the base of a pfLayer. The 'layer'
of this pfLayer are the runway's markings, which I would like to be able
to also switch on or off as needed. The graph I am trying to construct is
thus:
                        pfSwitch1
|
                         pfLayer
                           / \
                BASE / \ LAYER
                ---------/ \---------
| |
           runwayGeode1 pfSwitch2
|
                                     markingsGeode2

When I run this setup, I get the warning:
Performer Warning (2): pfAddChild() group is not a pfGroup
at the time when I try to attach the markings geode to their switch, ie:
        pfAddChild(markingsGeode2, pfSwitch2);
Can anyone suggest what the 'proper' way to do this might be?
Thanks,
Carlo.
