pfuTraverser bugs

Hi,

I found 2 bugs in the 1.2 pfuTraverser code. I suppose they are well known and
I hope they will be corrected in the next release.

1) node pointer in the pfuTraverser structure is not correct in the postFunc
callback,
2) return values from preFunc and postFunc callbacks are not used.
