I've set up performer to use a FAKESPACE BOOM, but not with the MCO option, but
adding that should be the easy part. Just look at the sfly.c code on
sgigate.sgi.com and modify the two channels to be in the places on the screen
you need. Then use Fakespace's VLIB to read the position and orientation and
set the xyz and hpr of the viewpoint with these.
