pfQueryHit returns a whole bunch of stuff, which could be used to find out the
texture coordinates of the triangle.

The ones that you might consider using are

PFQHIT_GSET - pointer to intersected pfGeoSet
PFQHIT_PRIM - index of primitive in pfGeoSet

Then based on the attribute binding for PFGS_TEXCOORD2, you could get the
information that you need.
