Fog RVR

Greetings,

We are building an airport simulation and need to have
accurate Runway Visibility Range (RVR) for fog.

Has anyone done any fog calibrations using Performers
fog functions? Is there a preferred fog type to use
for accurate fog RVR distances?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
