YES!!! Pipe #0 had the cable connected to the upper pins! Swapped it to
the lower connector and BINGO!

Yep. Now it's definitely working under GL. Performer seems to be less
fussed about it working OK thou... Does anybody know why?
BTW - I've been led to believe that the upper pins are some sort of
connector for stereo goggles.
