Hi Simon,

i had a similar problem in the past which made me think the SwapReady may
not be connected.
And indeed:
There is a black/red twisted cable connected to the DG2 Board. This cable
may be connected to two different pairs of pins which are about 1 1/2 inch
apart. If this cable is connected to the upper pins , the SwapReady will
only show noise, while being connected to the lower pins the SwapReady
delivers the correct signals.
