I got email from a person at IBM, advising to check out the kind
of phosphor in the green tube (they are generally slower to increase
image brightness, but this is detrimental for stereo use).
I called Sony and they said there's an option ("not much more expensive")
where these projector comes with a different green tube
(or, you can change it later, but it's going to cost more).
You'd better check with your local distributor to see when this will
be available.
I also got email from someone using a Sony beamer already, and
he did not mention any problems (although maybe they were not
picky enough), so if you're going to use it for non-stereo viewing
also, you'd better test both configs at both jobs.
Please note that I haven't checked any other brands, so this is
not necessarily the best gear/deal.
