GL and X input

As Mike mentioned, ALT key polling is not supported in the pfu input
routines (neither X nor GL input). You can still get the events, though,
through the user handler function, but it might be just as easy to support
polling yourself in the draw process (through the typical Performer
shared memory structure :).

Also, I noticed a problem with the X polling of the modifier keys. The
'keymod' variable is reset to 0 everytime that the X input is collected
in the asynchronous process. (in collectXInput of input.c). This makes
those modifier keys non-polling. Although collectGLInput does the same,
I assume the X returns true only upon events (rather the getdev which
will return true as long as the key is held down). Am I mistaken here?
