(Fwd) TECH: Logitech's 3D Flying Mouse and SGI Performer

Get the libraries for support from Logitech. You may have to bug them a few
times, but they do have them, and they do work with Performer. The only
problems that we have found is that they do error checking too often and that
needs to be buffered.
