ALT Key in the Event Q

I was looking through the ways to access the special keys on the keyboard
such as the shift, ctrl, and alt keys. It appears there is support for
both the shift and the ctrl keys, but not the alt keys. Is this an
oversight on my part, or was it simply not included?
