Question:

I have converted DMA data using MultiGen into terrain files with specific lats
and longs or XY position. I want to place these files in their exact XY
locations using pfNewSCS. How do I create the transformation matrix with the
exact coordinates necessary for proper placement? Should I use a bounding
sphere or is there another way without enter the coordinates by hand? I'm
running Performer 1.2 on an Onyx with 5.2.
