Well, the first issue is that FORMS must be used only within the draw process.
Of course, this will reduce your performance. Also, the FORMS object redrawing
functions are obviously not synchronized with your Performer pfSync() and thus
you may get many swapbuffers() calls per frame. Richard Mercille offered some
nice solutions to integrate FORMS with Performer. I personally like the fork()
call solution, though it may compicated message passing. I think implementing
the Motif widgets found in perfly would be the better, though more complicated
solution (fdesign is really cool, isn't it? :)
Maybe someone could convinve Mark Overmars to write a Performer solution of
the FORMS library? ;)
