follow up to pfMaterial questions

Looking at my material problem with fresh eyes this morning I've realised that I
need to use a pfMtlSide call before my pfApplyMtl call. It also appears to only
affect the sides a material is applied to with pfApplyMtl not the sides in a
geostate which a material may be applied to. This clears up a few things for
me, although pfApplyFrontMtl & pfApplyBackMtl would probably make my code look
cleaner, and help IrisGL hacks. I would still welcome any suggestions on the
per primitive colouring with transparent materials problem I mentioned.
