Thanks for the suggestion John. Unfortunately support for culling at the geoset
level wouldn't help. My problem is that I can have polygons with arbitrary face
culling via the application of different geostates at my leaf nodes. I then
apply front and/or back material overrides at a common node above them using
draw callbacks, (the leaf information may be instanced many times), however
when I apply the override to a particular face, let's say the front, I would
like my cull override to disable front face culling independently of the back
face culling so that this can still be determined by the geostates being
applied. At the moment I can't do this because the two culls are associated
with the one state variable. When I override one I must override the other. At
this point I'm thinking of changing my spec' so that an override of front or
back implies an override both (culled if no material is specified), unless
there is a workaround which doesn't involve _lots_ of callbacks.
