performer: flyby path from a file ?

        We are trying to record the flyby over a terrain using perfly. Does
 performer allow you to record your scene flyby path and also to replay that?
If so, what is the best way to do that. Also, has anyone tried to record a 30
frames/second flyby into a video connected to ONYX?
