Not currently. For the most part, Inventor users have been using the
comp.sys.sgi.{graphics,misc,bugs} or comp.graphics.opengl newsgroups
for technical discussion.

The only one I'm aware of is the version on available via anonymous
ftp at sgi.sgi.com:/sgi/inventor/1.0/DxfToIv.tar.Z

Although, have you verified that the DXF converter is the problem?
Assuming you're loading the resultant .iv files into a Performer
application, the Inventor loader shipped with Performer 1.2 could be
the culprit. To find out, load the model into 'ivview' and see if
the polygons are being dropped there as well. If so, the problem is
in the DXF converter. If not, it is a problem with LoadIv().
