I'm sure you'll get lots of responses; I read in the Peformer FAQ that
our database "town.flt" in flight format would be available to the public.
In addition to the models that are referenced from town.flt (they are
separate for each house, building, etc as house1.flt and so on), we also
have a plethora of houses, buildings, etc. In fact we have thousands of
models (I use them to test the .flt loader that I maintain for
our new product, Vega.)

** from the Performer FAQ:
Subject: ! -10- What are the .tlf files used by the Performer Town and Village?

So, in summary, you can get some for free through town.flt if you buy
Performer, and you can also buy them and others (lots of others) from us.

For more information about Vega(tm), VisionWorks(tm), AudioWorks(tm),
or information on upcoming products, you may contact:
