Multi-pipe fog flashing

There was a problem in Performer 1.2 perfly that caused fog to
flash when you run a multi-pipe application. I have just fixed all
my perfly based applications to have separate pfEarthSky's and pfFog's
one for each channel.

If you want the altered generic.c env.c & perfly.h please drop me a line.
