colors in Multigen application

I have the Mak Technologies Stealth application and am running
it on a low end Indigo (texture off). By default, the water is
bright white... not a very good color. I was wondering if there
is any way to change the color values to something else (say a
light blue green)... It does not seem that this should be that
hard since the water is a single color but the .flt and .rgb files
are not readable by humans (or by me at least).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
