But if your drawing is only taking 8ms and you are drawing
against a constant color backdrop, you could create two
pfChannels with the same viewport. One channel could draw black
points with the view set to last frame's eye point. The second
channel could draw the white stars with the current view. As
for achieving the color change, if all the stars are the same
color, one option would be not specifying any color in the
pfGeoSets and issuing a cpack or c3f in a draw callback above
the colorless geometry. Or you could duplicate the geometry
into independent subgraphs and use the channel draw traversal
mask to select the white or black subgraph. Other tricks with
lighting could turn the stars black, but might slow you down if
you currently are drawing the stars without GL lighting.
