Whatever works in GL should work in Performer. The only thing that
might be different in Performer is that pfInitGfx does an
mssize/gconfig to turn on multisampling by default when possible
(medium or large pixel depth). The multisampled Z buffer cannot be
read back, so after pfInitGfx you need to turn if off with your own
zbsize/stensize/mssize/gconfig or call pfAntialias(PF_OFF).
