Hello:

I recently bought a copy of performer software.. and will be using it to
develop a driving simulator. I am planning to use the sample perfly code
itself, along with the town and village databases (Software systems' .flt
files provided with the performer). However, I have certain other requirements
too... for example.. I want things like speedometer, temperature guage etc.
(the usual car cockpit display stuff) and track-up or north-up maps of the
town/village displayed as shown below...

       *********************************************************

       ** ** ** **
       ** Speedo ** Temp ** North Up **
       ** meter ** Guage ** or **
       ** ** ** Track Up **
       ** ** ** maps **
       ** ** ** **
       *********************************************************

The navigation maps (track-up/north-up) and speedometer has to be
hooked up with the 3D visual simulation, so that the data presented
in all the windows is in sync.

I am new to performer.. so any pointers/help will be greatly appreciated..

Thanks

Girish
