locking texture memory

Hi,
after exiting a Performer application, is it possible to leave the
texture pattern in the texture memory of the RMs , so as to save
unnecessary time in reloading the texture pattern once again ? If
yes, could someone please let me know how to lock the memory and how
to use it when I start the application again ?
