I've been getting a few requests on this, so I'm ccing the
group on it. We'll probably do something different with data
pools and addresses in the next release. For now, you can
call usconfig with CONF_ATTACHADDR, to specify the allocation
address. Just be sure to set it back to ~0 after the call to
pfNewDPool.

  Is there a way to force the pfDatapool to a specific memory
  page? I can see a case were two process may need to attach
  to a datapool. One process is small and does not take up
  much data or text space in the processes virtual memory.
  The other process may be a huge program with lots of data
  and text space used. If the smaller process creates the
  Datapool prior to the larger process, the larger process
  would not be able to match the memory location even if it
  constructed the pool early in the application. I see this
  as a problem with non-fork'ed processes.
