When there is a separate DRAW process (CULL_DRAW or
CULLoDRAW), it doesn't have a copy of the scene graph
because it doesn't need one.
The DRAW does not traverse the scene graph, but merely
consumes commands from a pfDispList generated by the CULL.
All matrices are copied by the CULL into this display list,
so everything does happen frame accurately.
