Hi,

I am hoping there is a quick fix for this...

I am attempting to run a VERY simple performer application on
an onyx from a pi with the DISPLAY set appropriately. I am using
Performer 1.2.

My code looks virtually identical to that given in the manual.
I have a callback called OpenPipeline which I pass to pfInitPipe.
In this callback I call winopen at which point a small window
appears on my screen. The next call that is made is to pfInitGfx. As
soon as this call is made the window goes away and the application
dies. There is no core dumped, however. and I get no error messages.

I put in the following diagnostic calls after winopen and before
pfInitGfx:

pfGetPipeScreen
pfGetPipeSize
pfGetPipeOrigin
pfGetPipeWin

The values these functions return are
0
x = -1, y = -1
x = -1, y = -1
0

Other folks here have had this problem when running on the onyx.
Do you all know what the fix is?

Kimberly
