IRIS Performer 1.2 is available now. The part number is
 SC4-PERF-1.2
It's a kit that includes the new very detailed programming
guide, the printed reference pages, a quick reference
booklet that contains all the functions and their argument
types, and two CD's: one for IRIX4 and one for IRIX5.

People with software maintenance contracts get upgraded
by a magic process whose schedule is unknown to me, but
as far as people with money in hand are concerned, it is
ready for purchase.
