        In 1.0 pfLightPoints are not fogged. In 1.2 they are fogged
        but the fog onset and opaque ranges are modified by the
        values passed to pfLPointFogScale. This allows lightpoints to
        shine through fog more than non-emissive surfaces.

        Unfortunately not. I think this is really a GL issue but if it
        doesn't get resolved in the GL then we will handle it in
        Performer in a future release.
