pfLight vs. pfLightSource

Hi All

Does anybody know what's the difference of pfLight from pfLightSource ?
It seems that pfLightSource got in there with the 1.2 release, since it has no
mention in the old documentation.
Why should I use one instead of the other, or other instead of the one ?
