WTK, Performer, and dVS/dVISE

We are working on some virtual environment apps and are considering using a
commercial package to avoid rewriting things that have already been done
elsewhere. Some tools we are currently looking at include WorldToolKit
from Sense8 Corp and dVS/dVISE from Division.

I would be interested in hearing experiences of others using these systems.
I assume that people on this mailing list are for the most part writing
their own, but if anyone has any experience with either of the two packages
listed, please let me know what you think.

We are most concerned about:
- Overhead (overall speed, graphics speed, code size, etc.)
- Tech Support
- Flexibility

Any testimonials or flames?
