    Has anybody done any work in developing a way to load DTED elevation
into Performer? I have elevation tiles which are very similar to DTED
which I need to load. John Templeton at SGI thought that it was very
likely that this work would have been done already. If anyone has done
this, I would be interested in seeing how it was done.

    Along with this, I need to model a lighthouse type rotating light.
I am using Performer 1.0 on an Indigo2 Extreme, so I don't have the
pfLightSource from the 1.2 beta version. I have not been hiving much
luck in modeling local light sources. Again, I would appreciate any
advice on how this may best be accomplished.
