Jim is correct. I would also add that there is a "bug" in 1.0,
where PFPK_M_NEAREST (mentioned in the man page) isn't defined
in pf.h

It should be: #define PFPK_M_NEAREST 0

Since (foo | 0) equals foo, most people just ended up with
PFPK_M_NEAREST anyways.
