Chris Fouts just corrected me. There is a frame rate problem when
running in PFPHASE_FIXED or PFPHASE_FLOAT on an Extreme because
Performer will attempt to throttle to a constant frame rate using
the bad time values. Try PFPHASE_FREE. In 1.2, the time problem
was fixed, and the Extreme now supports the pfVClock(), so frame
control is better.
