Color tables, iv files

I have a few questions:

1. - How is EarthSky affected by enabling color table mode ?

      pfEnable(PFEN_COLORTABLE);
      pfApplyCtab(cTable);

    - If the EarthSky is effected by the cTable, how big should the table
       be to handle the EarthSky correctly?

2. - What is the best way of attaching a color table to a loaded geometry node?
     How can one find out how big the colortable should be?

3. - Is it possible to load iv files (Inventor geometry) into Performer (i.e.
     is there a loader for it) ? If not, will there be one in a later release?
