In Performer 1.0/1.1, pfCullFace(CF_BACK) was not enabled by default
in libpf, but perfly did in its initGfx routine. In Perfomer 1.2
backface removal is enabled by libpf in pfInitGfx or pfInitGLXGfx. To
disable it, call pfCullFace(CF_OFF) after calling the respective
routine. This assumes you are inheriting the cull face mode. Each
individual pfGeoState can also specify it. If you only have a few
things which won't work with backface removal, it's better to just
have those pfGeoStates disable it.
