Configuration: Onyx, 4 CPUs, 3 RE2 Pipes each with 4 RMs.

This configuration doesn't meet the 2*NumPipes + 1App + 1Unix
processor suggestions I've seen but I thought there might be
some ways to configure a 2 or 3 pipe application to take
advantage of the CPUs. I'm looking for suggestions on using
sysmp and schedctl to control where the multiple processes
run or any other scheme that works.
