Bus error when using pfNodeTravMask

I'm getting a bus error when using pfNodeTravMask to turn on intersection
caching in Performer 1.0.

The following line of code causes the problem:

pfNodeTravMask(node, PFTRAV_ISECT, 0xffffffff,
PFTRAV_SELF|PFTRAV_DESCEND|PFTRAV_IS_CACHE, PF_OR);

CASEVision gives me the following message:

Core from signal SIGBUS: Bus error
_lmalloc(<stripped>) ["malloc.c":514, 0x43fe00]

I did a pfDebugPrint on the node to make sure the node is good and
everything looked OK.
