Internally, two types of bounding geometre are currently in use.
libpf uses bounding spheres around pfNodes. libpr uses axial
bounding boxes around pfGeoSets. The get/set bbox API
anticipates the potential of other bounding geometry types, but
for now, pfGetNodeBBox() will return a box around the current
bounding sphere, hence it's larger size.
